Mr. Gaurav Deshpande submits that in execution of award passed in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.161 of 2008, which is decided on 10.02.2012, the land of judgment debtor was sought to be attached. Eventually, vide order dated 19.10.2013, the order of attachment was issued in respect of Gat No.136-A admeasuring 1.32 R situated at Village Bhada, Taluka and District Latur. Prior to aforesaid attachment order, the judgment debtor - Madhukar Bhima More had executed sale deed in the name of Virbhadra Shete to the extent of 81 R. Later on, petitioner purchased said land from Virbhadra Shete. He would submit that now the land in possession of petitioner is sought to be auctioned. 3.
The petitioner raised objection, however, same is turned down. Prima facie, it can be observed that the attachment order was
7-wp-9354-2025.odt (2) passed on 19.10.2013 and judgment debtor no.1 executed sale deed of suit land in favour of vendor of petitioner on 20.12.2013 to the extent of 81 R.

In that view of matter, there is no case to grant interim relief. However, so as to explore the possibility of settlement through expert mediation, issue notice to respondents, returnable on 04.09.2025.
