This Court while passing order dated 07.08.2025 had already observed that there is no merit in contentions of petitioner. The attachment order was passed on 19.10.2013 and petitioner purchased land in question on 20.12.2013. However, notice was issued only to enable petitioner to explore possibility of amicable settlement. 3.
