We permit the Petitioners to lodge a fresh representation within a period of 15 days with CIDCO, setting out their claim . The said representation shall be decided within a period of 60 days.

Needless to state, the claim for land or a plot would be decided strictly in accordance with the applicable policies, the existing legal framework, and in the light of any orders, if any, passed by this Court in any Public Interest Litigation or other proceedings.
