Mr. Jalisatgi, learned counsel for the petitioner is pressing for hearing in this petition, while there is no representation on behalf of the sole respondent.

The respondent is present in person in Court and he submits that his advocate is not available today and that a short adjournment may be granted.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is now listed before the Labour Court on 17.11.2025 and therefore, there is urgency in the matter. The respondent in person assures this Court that on the next date before the Labour Court, a joint request for adjournment would be made.

In that light, list this petition for further consideration on 20.11.2025.
