This matter has come up on Board pursuant to a praecipe dated 14th August 2025 moved by the petitioner.

Mr. K. P. Anil Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may become infructuous if the employer proceeds with the process of recruitment and some candidates are appointed on the post for which the petitioner has made an application. 3.

On 16th July 2025, this Court passed an order indicating that appointment, if any, made shall remain subject to the outcome of this writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not challenging the order dated 16th July 2025 and all that he wants that this writ petition should be heard and finally decided at an early date. 5.

Post the matter on 16th September 2025.
