The Petitioner has challenged two orders in this Writ Petition. The first order is below Exhibit 7 dated 29th April 2025, wherein the present Petitioner was directed to produce the child for interview by the Marriage Councillor on the next date. The second order is passed on an application made by the present Petitioner seeking adjournment for producing the said child as directed in the order dated 29th April 2025. The application has been rejected, and a Darshan Patil

902-WP-9379-2025.doc Show Cause Notice has been issued to the Petitioner for noncompliance of the order dated 29th April 2025. 2.

Considering that there is no adverse order as such which has been passed against the present Petitioner, and there is only an order to produce the child before the Marriage Councillor. When this Court is not inclined, the Petitioner has sought liberty to withdraw the Writ Petition with further liberty to file an appropriate Writ Petition in future if occasion arises, if any adverse order is passed against him. 3.

The Petitioner is granted liberty.

In view of the liberty sought by the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
