This petition is filed seeking directions for expediting the hearing of the suit and deciding it within 90 days. In view of the judgment of the Constitution Bench of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of High Court Bar Association, Allahadbad vs. State of U.P.1 such directions cannot be issued.

I do not find any exceptional circumstances in the case to expedite the hearing of the suit within a time bound frame. The petition is filed by raising vague grounds. The petition is therefore dismissed.
