By this petition, the petitioner is seeking limited relief of direction to Respondent No.2 District Caste Certificates Verification Committee, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to decide the claim of the petitioner as belonging to "Pardeshi Bhamta Vimukta Jati (A)". 2.

The urgency projected on behalf of the petitioner is that he intends to take admission for Engineering course and Centralized Admission Process (CAP) rounds are starting from tomorrow. The schedule indicates that the last round would begin towards the end of August, 2025.

It is brought to our notice that Respondent No.2 Committee has reopened the validity certificate granted to the father of the petitioner. The said reopening has been challenged in Writ Petition No. 3949 of 2024, wherein further proceedings have been stayed.

In this situation, considering the urgency of the matter, we direct Respondent No.2 Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 14.08.2025. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of.
