The learned Advocate for the Corporation submits that after following the due procedure laid down in law, in the backdrop of the order of this Court, the illegal structures have been identified and so declared. Since there were Municipal Corporation and the Local Bodies Elections, Police Protection was not available for demolition of such buildings. He submits, on instructions, that the Municipal Corporation would coordinate with the concerned Police Authorities and seek Police protection by sending a requisition letter within three working days from today. A date for demolition will be SUNNY THOTE

7-WP-9415-2025-(C).odt announced within 10 days, thereafter, and after following the due procedure, demolition would be undertaken.
