Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Proceedings are initiated by the authorised Inquiry Officer under Section 88 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 against the petitioner. It is the contention of the petitioner that the proceedings are being conducted in the Marathi language. It is submitted that the petitioner is not fully conversant with the Marathi language. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are several other members who do not understand the Marathi language. 3.

The Inquiry Officer has rejected the objection raised by the petitioner that the proceedings be conducted in English language which is at page 25 of the paper book.

We are not inclined to interfere at this stage. Keeping all contentions open to be raised at the appropriate stage, the petition is disposed of.
