The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner is agreeable to deposit the requisite fees of Rs.4,52,334/- with Respondent No.5. After depositing this amount within a period of 15 days, the concerned Authority would release the transcripts and the original Degree Certificates of the Petitioner. The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.5 is agreeable.

In view of the above, having recorded the statements, we would expect Respondent No.5 to respond positively, as per the statement made, within five working days after the Petitioner deposits the amount.
