We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. Since Mr. Kulkarni, the learned Advocate, is on the Panel of the Pune Municipal Corporation, we requested him to render assistance to the Court. He has appeared in the matter and submits that the Petitioner's representations (wrongly mentioned as notice in the prayer clauses) dated 17th December, 2019 and 22nd April, 2024, would be decided within such time as the Court may grant. 2.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to the appropriate Authority of the Corporation to deal

with the Petitioner's representations dated 17th December, 2019 and 22nd April, 2024 on their own merits, strictly in accordance with the applicable rules, within a period of 60 days from today. 3.

A reasoned order shall be passed and the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner at her following email address/ WhatsApp number :

Needless to state, since the Petitioner has retired, if she is found to be eligible for any difference in pay from the date of her eligibility, the same shall be calculated by the Corporation and the arrears shall be paid to the Petitioner within 45 days thereafter. If the pension is affected by the above exercise, the same shall be dealt with and the revised pension shall also be made payable within 45 days thereafter.

Considering the suggestion from the Corporation, the Petitioner shall appear before Respondent No.4 on 15th April, 2026 at 12 noon. The Petitioner is agreeable. As such, formal notice is

dispensed with and the Petitioner would be given an opportunity of hearing on the said date. If required, the Petitioner may tender written notes of submissions.
