This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying for the following reliefs:

"a) Rule be issued, record and proceedings be called for; b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned Report dated 13.05.2025 bearing Outward No. PS/VS/216/2025 submitted by the Enquiry Committee (or Panchayat Samiti, Maval, District : Pune);

c) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned report dated 10.06.2025 bearing Outward No. ZP/VS-7/125/2025 submitted by the respondent no. 3, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Pune."

In our opinion, the petition is pre-mature, as on the basis of the impugned report, a decision is yet to be taken. We keep open all the contentions of the respondents to proceed further in accordance with law after hearing all the stakeholders as involved.
