The Petitioner challenges the order dated 17th March 2025 passed (below Exhibit - 11), whereby the Petitioner is directed to continue to pay rent of Rs.30,000/- per month to the Respondent-wife from the month of February 2025 till further orders. According to the Petitioner, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Thane, has wrongly recorded that the Petitioner showed his willingness to continue the payment of rent. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 6th August 2025. Hamdast permitted.

In addition to the Court notice, the Petitioner is at liberty to serve the Respondent through a permissible private mode and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.
