On 14th July, 2025, notice was issued to the respondents making the same returnable on 26th August, 2025. Hamdast was permitted. In addition to Court notice, private notice was also permitted.

On 26th August, 2025, the respondent No.3 i.e. the 1/3
original complainant was present in person. He sought time to engage an Advocate. On his request, the matter was kept on 15th September, 2025. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 19th September, 2025. None appeared for the respondent No.3 on 19th September, 2025. 3.
Hence, issue fresh notice to the respondent No.3 returnable on 16th October, 2025. Hamdast permitted. 4.
In addition to Court notice, learned Counsel for the petitioner to serve the respondent No.3 by private notice and file affidavit of service before the next date.

Notice to indicate, that an endeavour shall be made to dispose of the petition finally at the stage of admission, even if none appears on behalf of the said respondent.
