Pursuant to our order dated 7th October 2025, the respondent No.3 is present in-person. He requests that an advocate from the High Court Legal Services Committee be appointed to espouse his cause.

Accordingly, we appoint Mr. Ajinkya Udane, who is on the panel of the High Court Legal Services Committee, to SQ Pathan 1/2

Learned counsel for the petitioner to serve a copy of the aforesaid petition on the learned appointed advocate, to enable him to go through the same.
