Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Writ Petition is inadvertently filed on the Civil Side, in fact it should have been filed on the Criminal Side since it pertains to Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and seeks leave to convert the Civil Writ Petition into Criminal Writ Petition. Leaved granted. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks.
