By this Petition, the Petitioner essentially aggrieved by the action taken by the Respondent-Custom Department in making demand of money without following due process of law, i.e., without issuing show cause notice or without any adjudication. 3.
Mr. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for all the Respondents, on instructions, makes a statement that the Respondents Gaikwad RD 1/2

In view of the statement made by Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Respondents-Authorities, nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition.
