In Writ Petition Nos.3855 of 2020, 5920 of 2025, 3837 of 2020, 3848 of 2020, the Petitioners seek direction to decide their Representations / Applications filed during the period from October-2019 to August-2024, which are pending before the concerned Authorities. In the said Representations / Applications, the Petitioners seek 30% Solatium and 15% interest in pursuance of the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court of India in Union of India vs. Tarsem Singh [(2019) 9 SCC 304].

In Writ Petition Nos.9617 of 2025, 9618 of 2025, 9619 of 2025, 9620 of 2025, the Petitioners seek direction to the concerned Authorities to calculate and pay amount of solatium, component and
interest as per the Judgment of Tarsem Singh (supra). 3.
Learned Advocate for the NHAI has placed on record copy of the order dated 23.02.2026, which indicates that the Hon'ble Apex Court has heard the arguments in Review Petition filed by the NHAI in Tarsem Singh (supra) and has reserved the Judgment.

In the light of the above, Writ Petition Nos.3855 of 2020, 5920 of 2025, 3837 of 2020, 3848 of 2020 are disposed of by directing that the decision in the Review Petition in Tarsem Singh (supra) delivered by the Hon'ble Apex Court be brought to the notice of the concerned Authorities and thereafter the Applications / Representations of the Petitioners shall be decided by taking into consideration the decision in Review Petition, within a period of eight (8) weeks, after giving opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties. 5.
Writ Petition Nos.9617 of 2025, 9619 of 2025, 9620 of 2025, 9618 of 2025 are disposed of by directing that the decision in Review Petition in Tarsem Singh (supra) delivered by the Hon'ble Apex Court be brought to the notice of the concerned Authorities and thereafter the concerned Authorities shall calculate the amount of solatium, component and interest by considering the decision of the Hon'ble Apex
