Mr SC Wakankar, learned counsel appearing fo the Petitioner has addressed this Court through Video Conferencing and submits that the election of the Cooperative Society has already taken place. Therefore, the Petitioner be granted liberty to assail the election results by availing the statutory remedy. The prayer is not opposed by Mr Bodke, learned counsel appearing for Respondents Nos. 2 to 4.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
