We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and we are not inclined to interfere in the order of transfer. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner however submits that post at Bhosari is vacant whereas at Dapodi where he is transferred seven persons are working. It is contended that the petitioner wife is not keeping well and therefore, on request he was transferred to Bhosari. 3.

We permit the petitioner to make the representation to the MSRTC pointing out his difficulties and if there is post ZIP
