In the second line of paragraph No. 3 of order dated 11th September 2025, instead of words 'Civil Judge, Junior Division, Radhanagari', order states 'Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ratnagiri', which needs to be corrected.

Motion for speaking to minutes of order dated 11th September 2025 is allowed.

Order dated 11th September 2025 shall be corrected accordingly and uploaded as order No.2 in this matter. 4.
