Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that as the first authorized Officer had fallen sick, another authorized officer was appointed on 23 June 2025 and the impugned order came to be passed on 25 June 2025. Therefore, the second authorized officer could not take charge of the affairs of the society. Office bearers of the society have proceeded to take charge of the affairs of the society and defreezed the accounts of the society. 3.

Mr. Gada, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.7 submits that certain pleadings and documents which were filed by the Respondents before the Deputy Registrar, have not been filed along with the Petition. Learned Counsel seeks time to file compilation of documents. SSP 1/2

In view of the urgency pleaded by Mr. Jha, stand over to 24 July 2025. 5.

The Respondents shall file compilation of documents which formed part of the record of the Deputy Registrar by 23 July 2025 and serve its copy on the Petitioner.
