By this petition, the petitioner presses only for prayer clause (b), which seeks a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 23rd May 2025. As far as the remaining prayers are concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the same. Accordingly, the said prayers are not gone into and are not considered. SQ Pathan 1/2

30-WP-9692-2025.doc Insofar as prayer clause (b) is concerned, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 3 states that the petitioner's representation dated 23rd May 2025 will be decided by the concerned authority as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. He further submits that the said representation will be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
