These petitions assail the order dated 3rd July, 2025 passed by the Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, thereby disqualifying Laxminarayan Jaiswar and Prabhakar Talekar, the petitioners in WP/11631/2025 and exonerating the other members of the committee. By the said order, the Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, remanded the matter of disqualification of Annadurai Devendra, the Chairman of the Society, who has filed WP/11624/2025 for a fresh determination to the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies. 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners in WP/11624/2025 and WP/11631/2025 undertakes to serve the copies of the petition on the petitioner in WP/11624/2025, by 11th September, 2025.

Since these petitions require consideration, post the petitions on 29th September, 2025.

In the meanwhile, the Assistant Registrar shall defer the hearing in the matter of disqualification of Annadurai Devendra, beyond 25th September, 2025.
