Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The challenge in this petition is to an order passed by the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee (for short, 'AGRC') on 8th May 2025 whereby the order passed by the Competent Authority-SRA on 5th April 2024, come to be stayed till the next hearing. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 submits that the Assistant Registrar-SRA has decided the said issue on 13th June 2025. 5.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the stay granted by the AGRC, the entire redevelopment project is stalled.

Since the AGRC was persuaded to grant interim stay, during the pendency of appeal, there is no propriety in entertaining the petition. It would be expedient in the interest of justice that the AGRC decides the Appeal No. 23 of 2024, expeditiously.

The parties shall appear before the AGRC on the next sitting of the AGRC in the week commencing from 28th July 2025. 8.

The AGRC is requested to decide the Appeal No. 23 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible, and if it is not possible to decide the appeal within a period of four weeks, from its next sitting, decide the issue of continuation of the interim stay to the order passed by the Competent Authority - SRA on 5th April 2024, within the said period. 9.

Petition stands disposed.

It is clarified that this Court has not entered into the merits of the matter and all contentions of all the parties kept open for consideration by the AGRC.
