Heard Adv. Neeta Karnik, Senior Counsel for the petitioners. We find it appropriate to dispose of these petitions by directing the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (for short 'MAT') to decide the M.A. No.305 of 2025 and M.A. No.328 of 2025 within a period of four weeks. Further looking at the controversy involved, we request the MAT to decide the O.A. itself as expeditiously as possible.

The learned A.G.P. assures that the reply by the Government or the MPSC to the Miscellaneous Application be positively filed within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
The petitions are disposed of accordingly.
