By consent, the impugned order dated 10th July 2025 passed by Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (for short "Tribunal") in Original Application No. 747 of 2025 is set aside. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 states that respondent No.3 will make a formal application for impleading of the petitioner as party respondent in O.A. No. 747 of 2025 before the Tribunal. This exercise shall be done within a period of one week from today.

It is submitted that the matter before the Tribunal is now scheduled on 31st July 2025.

The petitioner shall file affidavit-in-reply on or before 31st DSS 1/2

The prayer for interim relief be heard afresh by the Tribunal upon considering reply of the respondents and after hearing all concerned.

The Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.

All contentions are kept open.

It is made clear that the parties shall cooperate with the Tribunal and shall not seek adjournment on the date of hearing before the Tribunal.
