Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
In this petition the petitioner seeks direction to the Respondent No.3 - Collector to give due notice to the petitioner and grant him a fair and reasonable opportunity of being heard before deciding any application in respect of the lands described in paragraph 9 of this Petition under Section 36A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1996 and further ZIP

The learned A. G. P. has placed on record the copy of the notice dated 22nd July 2025 issued by the Additional Collector, Raigad, to the petitioner informing him that the next date of hearing is fixed on 30 July 2025 at 12:30 p.m.. 4.
In this view of the matter, it is open for the petitioner to remain present before the Additional Collector on 30th July 2025 and file his objections. The Additional Collector, Raigad, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner to pass an appropriate order on the application under Section 36A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the contentions raised in this petition.
