The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner would approach the Civil Court and prove its right, title and interest over the property and seek restoration of the possession by evicting Respondent No. 3 and for demolition of its Talwalkar

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.

If the Petitioner approaches the Civil Court, all contentions of the stake holders are kept open and the withdrawal of this Petition would not be an impediment.
