By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction to the Respondent Nos.2 to 4, to decide the Enquiry Application No.156 of 2024 within a specific time frame. The said Enquiry Application has been filed by the Petitioner.

Learned AGP, on instructions, states that the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 will make an endeavour to decide the aforesaid Enquiry Application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one year from the date of receipt of this order. Statement accepted. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives for Shivgan 1/2
