Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks stay to the meeting, which is scheduled today, i.e., 18th July 2025 at 11.00 a.m. In an alternative prayer, the Petitioner seeks a direction to the Respondent No.2-Director of Marketing, Maharashtra State, to decide the Petitioner's Appeal No.18 of 2025 and Appeal No.24 of 2025 in a time bound manner.

As far as the first prayer is concerned, i.e., to stay the meeting, which is scheduled today, we are informed by the learned counsel for the Respondents that the meeting has already taken place, as scheduled at 11.00 a.m.

In view of the aforesaid, prayer clause (a) does not survive. 5.

As far as the alternative prayer, i.e., direction to the Respondent No.2- Director of Marketing, Maharashtra State to hear the Appeal No.18 of 2025 and Appeal No.24 of 2025 in a time bound manner, is concerned, we are informed that the said Appeals are scheduled on 22nd July 2025 for hearing. Hence, we request the Respondent No.2 to decide the said Appeals on that date and if not possible on that date, in any event, within two weeks thereafter. 6.

Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the Petition and as such, keep all contentions of all the parties on merits, open.
