Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition is already withdrawn with liberty as recorded in order dated 25th July 2025. She, however, submits that inadvertently in the prayer clause all the orders challenged were not mentioned. Hence, a request was made for amending the prayer clause of the writ petition. 3.

She submits that the said leave to carry out amendment is not reflected in the order. Hence, she seeks correction in the order. She submits that if the leave is not granted it would mean that all the orders were not challenged.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for correcting the order. Hence in order dated 25th July 2025 following lines to be added in the beginning of paragraph 1. "Petitioner is granted leave to amend the prayer clause for challenging the orders as per the draft amendment tendered in the court. Amendment to be carried out forthwith in the court."

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to carry out amendment forthwith in the court today.
