1) By this Petition, the Petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the learned District Judge, 2, Pune (Commercial Court, Pune) to decide and pronounce the Order on Exhibits 5, 19, 23 and 38 at the earliest and in any case within two weeks from the date of receipt of this Order. 2) The Petitioner also seeks a direction to the learned District Judge, 2, Pune (Commercial Court, Pune) to conduct and complete the trial as contemplated under Section 16 of The Commercial Courts Act, 2015. WP 9867-2025.doc 3) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner informs us that the learned Judge had heard the parties on the aforesaid Exhibits i.e. 5, 19, 23 and 38 and that the Order on the said Exhibits is pending since March, 2025. 4) Considering the aforesaid, we request the learned District Judge, 2, Pune (Commercial Court, Pune) to pass an Order on the aforesaid Exhibits, if not passed, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this Order.
