Renuka 49-WP-9884-2025 on account of absence of information about pendency figures before the Trial Court. However, it appears that the suit is pending since the year 1997. Therefore the Trial Court would obviously accord due priority for its expeditious disposal.
3) Though, this Court is unable to fix time bound schedule for disposal of suit, the request is made to the learned Judge of Small Causes Court to accord due priority for expeditious disposal of R.A.E and R. Suit No. 1102/2193 of 1997, which is pending for the last 29 long years. 4) With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. [SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.] Page No.
