We have heard learned counsel for the parties. The representation dated 21/04/2025 was made to Panvel Municipal Corporation alleging that action be taken on illegal encroachment and construction activities on agricultural land mentioned in the representation. This petition can be disposed of by directing the Panvel Municipal Corporation to look into the representation dated 21/04/2025 expeditiously and take appropriate steps as may be required in this regard.
