Relief prayed in this petition is for a direction to the Respondent No.2 - the Assistant Commissioner, Fisheries, Solapur to take a decision forthwith on the proposal submitted by the petitioner-Society dated 26.05.2025 for renewal of fishing contract at the location mentioned in the proposal. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other proposals are already decided but the petitioner's proposals remains to be decided.

In this view of the matter, we direct the Respondent No.2 - the Assistant Commissioner, Fisheries, Solapur to decide, if not already decided, the proposal dated 26.05.2025 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three weeks from the date the copy of this order is produced on it's record.
