We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned AGP on behalf of the State, for quite some time. 2.

Considering the fact that the School Tribunal, which dealt with Appeal No.104 of 1998 vide judgment dated 16th August, 2000, did not grant interest on the back wages, we expressed our disinclination. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition and would consider approaching the same Tribunal or Court for seeking interest on the back-wages.
