The Petitioner is seeking following relief in the Writ Petition :- "This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ or appropriate order in the form of writ or order directing the Ld. Family Court, Court Room No.5, Bandra, Mumbai, to expedite the hearing of the Marriage Petition No. A-30/2024, within a period of 3 months or within such reasonable period as may be deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court."

Mr. Gaurav Borse, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, states that the Petitioner will approach the concerned learned Judge, Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai seeking expeditious disposal of the said Marriage Petition and seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. 3.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
