Leave to add Deputy Director of Education, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar as party respondent. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Admittedly, after the impugned order is passed, pursuant to the decision of this Court, the Government has issued Government Resolution dated 29.04.2024.

In view of the Government Resolution, proposal of the petitioner needs to be considered by the Deputy Director of Education, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

We, therefore, direct respondent No. 5 to decide proposal of the petitioner dated 09.07.2025 within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of the same, without being influenced by the impugned order dated 16.07.2025.
