The grievance of the petitioner emanates from the fact that his promotion to the post of "Clerk" was not considered by the respondentAuthority. Mr. Anilkumar Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner tenders a copy of the letter dated 22nd July 2025 to apprise this Court that the petitioner, who is present in the Court, does not want to pursue this writ petition.
