DATE :
3rd OCTOBER, 2025 P.C. :
1.
In all these Petitions, Sinhgad Dental College Hospital, Pune operated by the Sinhgad Technical Education Society, has issued specific certificates stating 'consolidated dues to be paid to each of these Petitioners.'.
2.
Having considered the same and since it is the Dental College which has already issued dues certificates, these Petitions need not be kept lingering in this Court. Suffice it to say, a reasonable time can be granted to the Management to clear the dues of the Petitioners. 3.
The learned Advocate for the Management submits on instructions that these dues which are reflected from the certificates issued to the Petitioners, would be paid in 3 equal installments in 3 months.
4.
In view of the above, we direct that the amounts be divided into 3 equated installments. Considering the Diwali festival, the first installment will be paid on or before 17th October, 2025. The second installment shall be paid on or before 21st November, 2025 and the third installment will be paid on or before 31st December, 2025. 5.
With the above directions, these Petitions are disposed off. (ASHWIN D. BHOBE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
