By this Petition, the Petitioner, aged about 14 years, a victim of sexual assault, seeks termination of her pregnancy, which is more than 24 weeks.

Accordingly, we direct the Dean of Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals and Grant Medical College, Mumbai to constitute a Medical Board latest by Monday, i.e., 21st July 2025. 4.

Accordingly, the Petitioner to appear before the Medical Board at 11.00 a.m. on Monday, i.e., 21st July 2025 so as to enable Shivgan 1/2
