Vide order dated 23rd July 2025, we had allowed and disposed of the aforesaid petition on certain terms and conditions stipulated in the said order.

Learned A.G.P. has tendered a Medical Report of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy ('MTP') which was performed on the patient. The said report is taken on record. Learned A.G.P. informs us that MTP has been carried out successfully on the petitioner (victim). She states that N. S. Chitnis 1/2

902-wp.9959.2025.doc Rs.30,000/- under the Manodhairya Scheme has been disbursed to the victim in her mother's account through Virtual Personal Deposit Account. She states that the DNA samples have also been collected and that the child born is kept in the NICU. She further states that appropriate steps will be taken with respect to the child as set out in the order dated 23rd July 2025. We are also informed that the victim and her parents have been given counselling, pre and post the MTP. 3.

Needless to also state, that if the victim is medically fit for discharge, it is open for the hospital authorities to discharge the victim. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders.
