Vide order dated 23rd July 2025, we had allowed and disposed of the aforesaid petition on certain terms and conditions stipulated in the said order.

Learned A.G.P. has tendered a Medical Report of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy ('MTP') which was performed on the patient. The said report is taken on record. It appears that MTP was successfully carried out and counselling was done on the victim and her family. It also appears that the baby born was a still born N. S. Chitnis 1/2

903-wp.9975.2025.doc baby and that the patient and her parents were counselled post MTP. 3.

Learned A.G.P. states that Rs.30,000/- under the Manodhairya Scheme has been disbursed to the victim through Virtual Personal Deposit Account.

Needless to also state, that if the victim is medically fit for discharge, it is open for the hospital authorities to discharge the victim. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
