Referring to the order dated 8th December 2025, Mr.A.A.Alaspurkar, learned AGP appearing for the State submits that the main Revision Application as well as the Stay matter are posted before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies - Pune on 23rd December 2025. Since it is a heavily contested matter, the process of passing any order therein is likely to take some time.

Be that as it may, since the primary grievance of the Petitioner is on account of the fact that no order has been passed in the Stay matter, we adjourn the case till 9th January 2026 so as to enable the learned AGP to obtain updated instructions, with the 17th December 2025
