The learned Advocate for the Petitioner makes a solemn statement on instructions that the Petitioner is the only wife of the deceased Yashwant Kandu Karvande. She has the legal right to receive his pension. A representation dated 24th March, 2025 made to Respondent No. 4 Education Officer (Primary), Nashik, is pending decision for the release of the pension.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. 4.
Respondent No. 4 shall decide the representation dated 24th March, 2025 within a period of 30 days from today, by following the due procedure laid down in the law and after making a meticulous scrutiny of the claim of the Petitioner. If there is no legal impediment, the Petitioner would be granted her pension.
