During the course of arguments, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions has sought permission to withdraw this Petition. It is submitted that this Court may consider directing the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Pune to decide the Interlocutory Applications at the earliest.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The DRT, Pune is directed to decide the Interlocutory Applications Nos. 753 of 2021, 1966 of 2022 and 1163 of 2022 in pending Securitisation Application No. 217 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible and AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV in any case, on or before 31st July 2026.
