By a separate order passed today, we have decided the question raised on behalf of petitioner about this petition continuing here at the Principal Seat or it is required to be transferred to the Circuit Bench at Kolhapur. We have recorded reasons and held that this petition shall continue to be heard here at the Principal Seat. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that permission may be granted to place on record compilation of documents. Hence, compilation of documents be placed on record within one week from today. As directed in the separate order passed today, the petition will be taken up for further consideration on 30th March 2026, 'High on Board.'
