Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The impugned order permits the withdrawal of the Revision Application No. 38 of 2023 preferred by the Respondent Nos. 5 to 8, unconditionally.

The Settlement Commissioner was cautious enough to provide that if anybody is aggrieved by the order impugned in the Revision Application No. 38 of 2003; which stood withdrawn, such person was at ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL liberty to assail the said order by filing a Revision. by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.07.28 11:22:28 +0530 4.

If the Petitioner feels aggrieved by the order which was impugned in Revision Application No. 38 of 2003, the Petitioner has the liberty to file appropriate proceeding.
